Sometimes the simplest things say the most. Join us for a cozy afternoon of rock painting—where you can slow down, make something small and meaningful, and let your inner voice speak without having to speak.

We’ll have smooth stones, bright paints, metallic pens, and plenty of inspiration on hand. You can paint affirmations, tiny doodles, empowering messages, symbols, reminders—whatever feels good in the moment. No skill needed, no rules, no pressure.

Just a soft space to express yourself, regulate your nervous system, and create something that might brighten someone’s day (including your own).

Leave your rock in our community garden, tuck it in your pocket as a talisman, or gift it forward.

This is a low-demand, sensory-friendly activity designed for all ages and all energy levels. Come as you are, create what feels right.
